Formo is a food biotech company creating sustainable, animal-free dairy products. Their process uses less resources and produces less greenhouses gases than traditional dairy.

They're doing this with microorganisms that produce milk proteins instead of alcohol during fermentation. The proteins are blended with plant-based ingredients, then used to make cheese in the traditional way.
